We support health workers on the front lines of COVID-19
By collecting data on the physical, psychological, and occupational experiences of healthcare workers, we equip policymakers, public health officials, health care administrators, and other stakeholders to better understand and respond to the needs of their most critical resource for all communities affected by COVID-19: the local healthcare workforce.
Health workers are 3x more likely to contract COVID-19.
Health Worker Wellbeing is a free and independent online tool that helps policymakers, public health officials, health care administrators, and other stakeholders gain rapid insights into the PPE, physical health, mental health, and risk factors facing their local healthcare workforce in communities across the country . Understanding this experience can enable the healthcare community to receive better support so they in turn can provide the best care as our local and national communities battle COVID-19.

As a participating organization, data specific to your institution will only be accessible to you. Aggregate data will be available across institutions.
Health workers are our most important resource.
Much has been done to prepare facilities and staff to respond to COVID-19, but little has been done to understand the experience of health workers, who are often at greatest risk. If you are a health worker:
How it works
Hospital administrators, public health officials, policymakers and other stakeholders opt into the Alliance.
Participants receive a secure survey link they can send to their networks (or in the case of hospital administrators, their workforce). Individual physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff may elect to participate in the survey.
We collect first-hand insight into their physical, mental, and occupational health via weekly surveys that take approximately 4 minutes to complete.
Data is securely anonymized and aggregated at the institutional and Metropolitan Statistical Area levels to give updates of your local healthcare community (including, for hospital administrators, through customized- institution-specific dashboards and reports).
